Seven new tenants for Hart van de Waalsprong

20 November 2024

Rental second phase

The striking Front building on Moormann Street will house Blue Fit, Norah and pet store De Bok. Sports club Blue Fit will occupy most of the first floor of the building with almost 600 m² and is expected to open its doors to the public in early 2025. Next door to Blue Fit, Norah will open its newest women's clothing store and pet specialty store De Bok. Both entrepreneurs are expected to open in mid-2025. In building Grutto, which is still under construction, will be the branches of HEMA and Kruidvat. They too will open in the middle of next year.

Recently opened stores and restaurants

The first phase of the shopping center that opened a year ago recently housed wine store Henri Bloem. Flower store Bloei found a suitable location in a corner building opposite the parking house. An, the youngest catering establishment in Bairro Alto, opened its doors on the watersingel. Except for one last unit, the center with 11,800 m² of facilities divided into 34 units is fully leased. The leasing transactions were supervised by Pact Retail and Strijbosch Thunnissen. The shopping center has been sold to Hans Geveling Vastgoed.
