Sharing facilities
Both towers have a shared green courtyard garden on the sixth-floor roof for their residents. There is a shared mobility hub in the garage with electric cars. There are two communal bicycle storage areas in the parking garage. Many apartments also have their own external storage.
A residential building with 'green and healthy' in mind
Unwind and relax
The building is designed in a U-shape with an open orientation to the adjacent green canal with water. This park landscape is extended as a green carpet to the green courtyard garden and the greenery on the facades. Hollandse Meesters is a place for green living.
Residents enjoy 'nature at their doorstep' and see themselves surrounded by the greenery in and around the building. A nice place to unwind and relax.
