The 75-meter-high Highlight residential tower will include co-living apartments according to AM's Friends living concept. In addition to apartments, the building offers several high-quality collective facilities for residents such as a Sky-Garden at 75 meters, a Secret-Garden at ground level and the Lighthouse Club on the first floor. Parking spaces will be provided in the two-story, sunken parking garage for all four Lightyards buildings. All 192 apartments in Highlight have been purchased by investor Investe, which will rent the units after completion.

Knoop XL
Lightyards, together with the adjacent developments District E, Edge Eindhoven and the new underground bicycle parking under the Stationsplein with the new tree square on top, form the first plan within Knoop XL.
