The Lofts is a response to the increasing demand for mid-priced housing within the city, particularly among millennials or young professionals. This demographic tends to buy a house at a later age, places less value on ownership, and prefers to share amenities. The studios and one-bedroom apartments, averaging 32 m² in size, come fully finished but can be furnished according to individual needs. The market response was overwhelming: more than 1,000 potential tenants signed up.
